Susan Bryant
Early Childhood Education Specialist | Trainer | Course Advisor | Community Advocate
Susan Bryant is a highly experienced Early Childhood Education specialist with over 30 years in the sector. She excels in training, assessment, and curriculum development, currently working she is an Approved Provider, sessional lecturer, and Lead Trainer in ECEC, where she’s supported future educators for over six years. Susan has shaped industry standards through her training roles and advises higher education institutes on course development. Academically, she holds a Bachelor of Teaching (0–5 Years) and is pursuing a Master’s in Adult Vocational Education and Training at Charles Sturt University, alongside multiple early childhood and training qualifications.
Her commitment extends well beyond education, with active community leadership roles such as Board Member at Macquarie Community College, Vice President of Winston Hills Netball Club, and President of the Winston Hills Public School P&C. She’s contributed to Playgroup NSW and volunteers with NSW Swifts Netball, showing strong dedication to education and sport in her community. Susan’s career spans practical roles in Family Day Care, Long Day Care, and Preschool-Kindergarten settings, as well as administrative leadership, giving her a deep understanding of the sector. As a self-employed educator, she continues to deliver high-quality training, supporting the growth of children and educators alike.
Elizabeth Go
Early Childhood Education Specialist | Trainer | Community Advocate
With over 20 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, Elizabeth is a passionate advocate for the rights of children and the transformative power of quality early learning. She also recognises the significant value of providing high-quality care for children outside the home environment. Throughout her career, Elizabeth has held a variety of roles that have contributed to her deep understanding of the sector, including Educational Leader, Service Director/Nominated Supervisor, and RTO Manager.
Currently, she specialises in delivering nationally recognised qualifications — the Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, as well as professional development programs. Over the years Elizabeth has had a key focus on contextualising and delivering Child Protection Courses for a diverse range of services, including registered training organisations, The Asylum Seekers Centre, Long Day Care, Family Day Care and Outside School Hours Care. Elizabeth has also worked on longstanding projects such as developing and delivering Training Packages for the Department of Education through NSW Family Day.
Elizabeth enjoys playing an active role in the community – currently volunteering as Age Manager for Nippers SLSC and teaching Primary Ethics at the local Primary School. Elizabeth is also excited to have been selected as part of the Technical Committee for HumanAbility’s Early Childhood Education and Care qualification review throughout 2025.
Elizabeth is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence within Early Childhood Education by empowering staff to deliver high-quality, meaningful learning experiences. She believes that when managers and educators are inspired, supported, and equipped with the right tools, they can achieve greatness — and in doing so, profoundly impact the lives of children and their communities.

Elevate Success Consultancy was founded in 2025, as we both wanted to dedicate our extensive years of professional skills and in-depth knowledge to support others navigating this valuable and complex sector. We strongly believe it takes all kinds of support to truly succeed and thrive through the many challenges the Early Childhood sector can bring. Our mission is to mentor people so they can confidently embrace and capture those incredibly rewarding achievements and meaningful connections that come from working closely with children and families.
